As a busy health care professional you can’t possibly have the time to know the best tools to aid in diagnosing the many mental health issues you are faced with daily in your practice. Tiger Neuroscience has a full compliment of assessment services. These tools include the gold standard in mental health assessment, the Aschenbach System of Emirically-Based Assessment (ASEBA), a qEEG so you can see what is going on in the brain objectively, and Heart Rate Variability (HRV) to understand how the patient is breathing and the level of stress they are experiencing.

The Tiger Assessment package gives you, the front-line clinician, the tools to be as accurate in diagnosis as an elite, multidisciplinary team of specialists in a research setting.

Tiger Neuroscience offers clinicians a standard assessment package that enables them to achieve a high degree of accuracy in diagnosing common mental health disorders.

Our assessment package will provide the clinician with objective data to then formulate a treatment plan using neurofeedback.  Additionally, the clinician will be able to measure progress from baseline and provide patients with proof of clinically significant improvement.

Standard assessment tools consist of the Achenbach System of Empirically-Based Assessment (ASEBA) for children and adults. Additionally, Tiger provides a qEEG and Heart Rate Variability (HRV) assessment.

Our standard package of assessments provides the clinician a mosaic of information, both subjective and objective, to formulate a quality treatment plan.

Our goal is to provide you the option of non-pharma tools to bring healing and health solutions to your patients that endure and without the side-effects.

Neurofeedback is a form of bio-feedback and is an established and well researched treatment that regulates brain imbalance.  Tiger’s neurofeedback protocols are based on operant conditioning (learning) models that reward patients when they increase or decrease the specific EEG component being trained.

Without receiving any direct stimulation, individuals learn to optimize their brain activity to approach the target EEG goal being rewarded.  Repeated feedback sessions reinforce and create new brain connections and pathways through the mechanism of neuroplasticity.  As these changes take place, positive changes in behavior, emotions and feelings are observed and recorded.

For many patients, an aspect of the problem they are presenting to clinicians is related to poor sleep.  The problem for medical professionals is they typically don’t have the tools to objectively assess sleep outside a full in-residence sleep study.

For many patients this leap isn’t acceptable financially without strong indication it will get to the root of their problem.  An alternative, provided by Tiger Neuroscience, is a portable polysomnography device your patients can take home and apply themselves over 3 nights of sleep.

Tiger will provide a full report of the results of the three-night sleep study in the patient’s home and clinical support in reviewing the results.  From this sleep assessment, you can determine the extent to which sleep is part of the causation of your patient’s presenting condition.  This intermediate step will also provide the objective data to determine whether or not a full in-patient sleep study should be ordered.

Finally, the data from the sleep study will enable staff to educate patients on the extent sleep is causing their symptoms.  From the data, staff can provide specific sleep hygiene recommendations based on the sleep problems the patient is currently experiencing.

To complete an advanced level of assessment, Tiger Neuroscience offers hormone panel.  Our assessment measures Cortisol, DHEAS and Testosterone levels.

The data provided to the clinician, when integrated with sleep study, psychological self-reporting, qEEG and heart-rate variability data, forms an outstanding mosaic from which to objectively pursue treatment in a more informed and targeted manner, increasing the odds of successful outcomes.
